These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use Task Master. We've kept them short and plain.

What Task Master is

Task Master is a tool for planning work, tracking it through sprints and recording the time spent on it. It's free to use.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens in Spaces you own, including who you invite and the roles you give them.

Your content

What you enter is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Task Master for you and the people you share Spaces with. You can export or delete it at any time.

Fair use

  • Don't use Task Master for anything illegal or to harass anyone.
  • Don't try to get into Spaces or accounts that aren't yours.
  • Don't overload the service or scrape it.

Changes and availability

We work to keep Task Master running and your data safe, with daily backups, but we can't promise it will never be down. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app at least 30 days before. If Task Master ever closes, we'll give you at least 90 days to export your data.

Liability

Task Master is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for decisions you make based on what's in it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
